Data processed
Depending on the functions used, SamadhiHub may process:
- account name, display name, email address, account status, and email-verification records;
- login, security, rate-limit, device, browser, Internet Protocol address, and technical-event information necessary to protect and operate the service;
- study progress and Sunday Circle booking or cancellation records;
- Community posts, replies, reports, and moderation records voluntarily submitted by users;
- privacy requests, consent choices, and communications with the operator.
SamadhiHub does not ask users to provide medical diagnoses, symptoms, medication information, therapy records, or health assessments. Users should not publish health information, private contact details, or another personâs personal data in the Community.
Participation in a spiritual-study community may reveal philosophical or religious beliefs. Community participation is voluntary. Users should use a display name and share only what they are comfortable disclosing to other eligible participants.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to:
- create, verify, secure, and administer the free account and provide requested member functions;
- save progress and bookings selected by the user;
- operate and moderate the private Community;
- prevent abuse, investigate security events, and protect users and the service;
- respond to privacy, support, moderation, and legal requests;
- comply with applicable legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
The principal bases are performance of the free-service terms, legitimate interests in security and responsible service operation, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where a function is expressly optional and consent is required. Optional marketing is not required for access and is not enabled by registration.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is available only to authorized people who need it for administration, support, security, or moderation. Necessary data may be processed by contracted hosting, email, backup, security, and technical-support providers under appropriate instructions and safeguards.
Data is not sold. Optional advertising and behavioural analytics are not enabled. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards must be documented before that processing is enabled.
Retention
Account and member-function data is retained while the account is active and then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, subject to legal obligations, unresolved complaints, security investigations, legal claims, and the limited lifecycle of protected backups. Expired verification tokens and rate-limit records are retained only for the period needed to operate and secure those controls. Community content may be retained after account closure when necessary to preserve discussion integrity, moderation evidence, or other participantsâ rights, with the author identity removed where appropriate.
Rights
Subject to applicable conditions, users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Identity will be verified proportionately before a request affecting account data is completed.
Users may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es or to another competent supervisory authority.
Security
SamadhiHub uses access controls, email verification, private Community settings, minimized permissions, and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should report suspected account compromise promptly.
