Service and access

SamadhiHub provides the Community, Samadhi App, study stages, progress tools, and Sunday Circle without a subscription fee. A user must create an account and verify the account email address before using these member areas.

Registration does not create membership of ASOCIACIÓN BRAVE STEPS and does not create a right to receive a copy of a third-party source document.

Account responsibilities

Users must provide an email address they control, keep login details confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Accounts may not be shared, automated, sold, impersonated, or used to evade a restriction.

Appropriate use

Users must follow the Community Rules. They must not use SamadhiHub to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass another person, distribute malware, interfere with the service, collect member information, or publish another person’s contribution outside the Community without permission.

Meditation and study boundary

Meditation is a personal practice and experiences vary. Users control whether to begin, pause, stop, or avoid a practice. Do not use the service while driving or when attention is needed for safety. Stop if a practice causes discomfort or distress. SamadhiHub is not a substitute for professional healthcare or emergency services.

Statements in spiritual source material are studied as statements from that material. ASOCIACIÓN BRAVE STEPS does not present them as verified medical, psychological, scientific, historical, or legal facts.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, safeguarding, moderation, or operational reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve user progress and provide notice of material changes when practicable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Moderation and account restrictions

Content may be limited or removed, and an account may be restricted or suspended, when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect participants, address unlawful content, secure the service, or comply with law. The user may request reasons and ask for review through the Contact page, subject to restrictions needed to protect other people or an investigation.

Ending use

Users may stop using SamadhiHub and request account deletion through the Contact page or available privacy tools. Some information may be retained when required by law, needed to establish or defend legal claims, or temporarily present in protected backups.

Responsibility

ASOCIACIÓN BRAVE STEPS remains responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized account sharing, incompatible equipment, third-party networks, or events outside its reasonable control.
